GBSKS deep-rooted philosophy recognizes the gap of knowledge between people, organization and society. The underlying vision of GBSKS is to touch  the lives and change the attitude and behaviour of the people and society to develop a constituency that is informed, knowledge, self-aware, and is capable of taking effective actions for sustainable social and economic development. GBSKS aims to develop itself a centre for knowledge network to facilitate sustainable, effective, appropriate, affordable exchange of information at local, regional, national and international levels.
