পাথওয়ে বাংলাদেশের একটি অলাভজনক দাতব্য সংস্থা। এটি মানুষের জন্য কাজ করছে, মূলত, যারা খুব দরিদ্র এবং বেকার "এটি তৃতীয় লিঙ্গদের জন্যও কাজ করে যাচ্ছে তাদের জীবনের মান উন্নয়নের জন্য ফ্রি ড্রাইভিং কোর্স, ফ্রি বিউটিসিয়ান কোর্স ও হস্ত শিল্পসহ সেলাই প্রশিক্ষণ কোর্সের ব্যবস্থা রাখছে- যাতে তারা কর্মসংস্থান করে জিবীকা নির্বাহ করতে পারে। সমাজকল্যাণ ভিত্তিক অলাভজনক উন্নয়ন সংস্থাটি সমগ্র দেশব্যাপী বিভিন্ন প্রশিক্ষণ কর্মসূচীর মাধ্যমে কারিগরি ও বৃত্তিমূলক কার্যক্রমকে জনসাধারণের মাঝে ছড়িয়ে দেবার লক্ষ্যে অগ্রসর হচ্ছে।

Pathway is a non-profit charity in Bangladesh. It is working for people, basically, those who are very poor and unemployed. It is also working for the third gender / Transgenders. It is also working for third genders to improve their quality of life by arranging free driving courses, free beautician courses, and sewing training courses including handicrafts - so that they can earn a living by finding employment. The non-profit development organization based on social welfare is moving ahead with the aim of spreading technical and vocational activities among the masses through various training programs across the country.
