 Vision and Philosophy 

CDL's deep-rooted philosophy recognizes the gap of knowledge between people, organization and society. The underlying vision of CDL is to touch the lives and change the attitude and behavior of the people and the society to develop a constituency that is informed, knowledgeable, self-aware, and is capable of taking effective actions for sustainable social and economic development. CDL aims to develop itself a center for knowledge network to facilitate sustainable, effective, appropriate, affordable exchange of information at local, regional, national and international levels.
