Strengthen capacities poor communities with especial focus to underprivileged children, adolescents and women so that they can protect themselves from health, nutritional, social, economic and environmental vulnerabilities e.g. poverty situations, during disasters through facilitating need-based services following the principles of Human & Child Rights conventions.
